Im glad i found you all you Guys! Looks like i will be buying the full Griggs GR40SS Kit. I just was curious to know if the front and rear can be adjusted in both height and rebound....and if yes, can it be adjusted by a layman like myself....(a handy layman).

Im also going to hold off the watts link after speaking to Ken..It seems overkill on my app, and i could save 1100 of the kit price...!

Im leaning to LC arms with Urethane B, but im not sure if i should go with full heim setup. People say fill heim is LOUD!

any opinions on these things would be appreciated!

You can adjust ride height all the way around if you do the front and rear coilovers. The front coilovers I have are single adjustable from the top. I haven't had any issues hitting the torque arm and its low point is almost even with the rear wheels so the risk of hitting it is minimized. It has a reinforcing plate welded to its lowest point, so even if you do bottom out you'll damage whatever you hit before the torque arm. It's stout!

You will get a little more NVH with this setup than the FRPP kit, but it's not bad. Mainly "squeaking from heim joints and urethane bushings at lower speeds. The gain far outweighs the additional NVH. If you're worried about noise don't go with the full heim, get the urethane bushings at one end.

And boy do those Urethane bushings squeek! I'm currently trying to solve this issue, it's annoying at parking lot speeds/turning. There are shops who have come up with innovative ways to solve this, I just don't want to travel too far.

Speedsouth of Pelham, Alabama would be the people to talk to about that. Jim is in charge of the Griggs work.
