I didn't even know that type of racing existed before I came across it on youtube. I would love to go to one of those but I would definitely be in the back row!

I would love to see them run without the added weight of the trailer and the load. I bet they are fast when just bob tailing.....

We have what is called "Truck Fest" at Bandimere Speedway here in Denver every year. Guys race all kinds of big trucks. Concrete pump trucks, whatever. Always an interesting day. I even raced my old 1951 Ford F6 dump truck in the big rig class a few years ago. It was a crowd favorite running the little old dump truck against the big chromed out rigs. Also pretty funny my 18 second little dump truck against big rigs that most of them run in the 25 to 28 second range.

Oh yea, my 6 ton dump truck can run a 18 sec quarter mile because it has a '85 roller 302 in it. Stock 1951 truck 4 speed transmission, two speed rear end.
