I met alot of you at the Mid-America Ford and Team Shelby nationals in Tulsa. A few of you had asked me to post up my address when I deployed.

I'm a mechanic in the Army deployed to Afghanistan. We are on a tiny camp with no PX, no MWR and no gym. A friend of mine gave his vette friends my address so we have gotten a ton of vette stuff! I have posted about this on a couple other Stang forums so I can show them what happens when Shelby and stang people help out. I like vette's but looking at all these posters and model cars everyday, has me in need of my true love, Shelby's and stangs!! Anything would be great but they really like snacks, jerky, drink mix singles, candy, cookies, lotion, body/ face wash, ect. Any Shelby/ Stang/ Ford posters, calenders, model cars, ect would be nice as well

The snacks that they specifically asked for:
Blue Monster Energy drinks
Sugar Free Red bull
cheese whiz
crackers
anything high in protien (bars, shakes, jerky)
starbucks VIAs

We do need mechanics gloves. If anyone knows of a place I can order some good ones from for myself and my soldiers, please send me a link.

I wear a small or med glove. I know I have about 14 guys that wear large and extra large. I appreciate any help with this. Any pair is one less pair I have to order

Jennifer......help is definately coming.
I am on the Board for the Garden State Mustang Club, I shared your request with the rest of the Board yesterday and we have contacted Ford directly.
We will have some nice surprises going out in a few days with the gloves and other items you need.

Please post a list of any other items you may have neglected to mention in the original post so we can make sure you have what you need.

they picked the Original Vent and the Original Grip ones.......7 Larges and 7 x-ls....
