In Afghanistan and everywhere else. Things are getting deadlier in Afghanistan. We are suffering the highest casualty rates to date in Afghanistan. God keep them safe and in your care.

Thank you, I've got two sons who are infantry Marines being deployed within the next few months. I'm just nervous about it to say the least.

I think we need to have a national day of prayer to maintain and raise awareness. I have several friends and TS members there (we all do).

You are the best Sherri. I know you were always there for all of us who were deployed in the past. Thank you. It just breaks my heart every time I hear of another fallen service member.

They are in my prayers - and I also pray routinely that Obama will begin to make good decisions in this regard.

It has gotten really bad here lately. They lower the flag to half staff every day we lose someone here and I can count on 2 hands the number of times I've seen it at full staff. I pray everytime a convoy goes out of here and feel a sense of relief when they all return.
