Yes it's true the Shelby Cafe is closed. The staff at the museum and gift shop said they were told it's indefinately and don't know the reason why.

They closed it a long time ago. They are still selling a few things from the cafe in the online TeamShelby store. The salt and pepper shakers look great on our dining room table

Ya, they tricked me back in August. The sign said come on in on the freeway but the place was closed. =(

I had a breakfast burrito that was awesome. There sure was a lot of very cool stuff in the cafe. It was truly a Shelby lovers paradise... :cry:

Glad we had the opportunity to have lunch there after visiting the museum. We were able to take a couple of place mats as souvenirs. :cry:
