What tuner (device, not expert) do you all recommend?

I have the tuner that came with the SVT1 perfomance pack, but obviously, it is not end user friendly or programable by what I can see, as it has no user interface, just a plug in module...
I am getting ready to install my VMP 2.65 pulley and 90mm idler pulley...so obviously I will need to adjust the tune.
I also have diffrent sized tires, and will want to wipe out the speed limiter from the tune, so my question is, which tuner should I buy? or do I need to even buy one?
Moss Mustang sells a Diablosport Trinity tuner that looks pretty neat, but it is quite pricey...do I get a 600.00 tuner in lieu of my suspension upgrade? Or can I just simply get a tune done locally or another way and save myself the money?
Here is what I was looking at, but I know SCT makes a comparable tuner as well...

If you have a laptop then download the LiveLink and LiveLoad (at least they work for the Xcal 2). LiveLink allows you to monitor and data log just about anything on your laptop. Live Load allows you to change the files out on your Xcal if needed.

I am thinking you should use John Lund and maybe an SCT3.

I know the tire size you can take care of with any xcal 2 or 3. I thought rev limiter was adjustable outside of the tune as well.
