Coolness....let me know if the leather color matches the existing seats. If it does, I'm getting some too! I saw somewhere where the leather on the head rests was much darker.

I hope they match! I checked an on line OEM supplier of Ford parts and they all have the same part number for 2005 - 2009 "black" head rests.
I have an early set of the slip covers that look like they match in all normal lighting conditions. I expect they don't quite match (like others have said) if you use a flash while taking a pic or under a direct spot light. But they look good to me. I hope these new head rests match as well.

My issue as well, the color on the headrest cover did not match the interior.

Well, I got these this week and I must say that the headrest are beautiful! They are a perfect color match too! The snake is centered on the head rest nicely (unlike the covers) and is much larger than on the covers. Very high quality work and is worth the extra cost. I got 20% off so they were $160. This is a must upgrade for those with the charcoal interior.
I also have the leather snake cover for the console lid which is a good color match and goes nicely with the headrests. I had this cover installed on my lid by a professional for only $20 labor. I highly recommend this upgrade too. For $50 total you can have a great looking console cover too.
The Berg style key ring is also much better than I though it would be. It is so nice it almost looks like a piece of jewelry instead of just a key ring. Also worth the $7. I'm going to buy two more just to have on hand.
I'm very satisfied with my purchases! Good quality!

Yeah there is a trick. While sitting in the back seat each head rest has a little button on the left support rod that needs to be held in. Also the base of the right support rod has a little hole in it. You need to get a sharp pick in there and hold the "hidden" button in while you pull up on the head rest.
