I've been on the fence about getting these because I have the slip covers which look good. However, the passenger side isn't a perfect fit and I was considering getting another set of covers. But today I did it and ordered these along with a t-shirt and the new Berg gas cap style key chain. It's been a while since I've bought any thing for my baby!

Coolness....let me know if the leather color matches the existing seats. If it does, I'm getting some too! I saw somewhere where the leather on the head rests was much darker. :lurk:

I hope they match! I checked an on line OEM supplier of Ford parts and they all have the same part number for 2005 - 2009 "black" head rests.

I have an early set of the slip covers that look like they match in all normal lighting conditions. I expect they don't quite match (like others have said) if you use a flash while taking a pic or under a direct spot light. But they look good to me. I hope these new head rests match as well.

Here is a shot of my headrest covers with the camera flash on. You can see the color variation but to date no one has ever commented on this at car shows... and you know how folks love to point out flaws at car shows.

I have the new head rests and they seem to match pretty well.

My issue as well, the color on the headrest cover did not match the interior.

Well, I got these this week and I must say that the headrest are beautiful! They are a perfect color match too! The snake is centered on the head rest nicely (unlike the covers) and is much larger than on the covers. Very high quality work and is worth the extra cost. I got 20% off so they were $160. This is a must upgrade for those with the charcoal interior.

I also have the leather snake cover for the console lid which is a good color match and goes nicely with the headrests. I had this cover installed on my lid by a professional for only $20 labor. I highly recommend this upgrade too. For $50 total you can have a great looking console cover too.

The Berg style key ring is also much better than I though it would be. It is so nice it almost looks like a piece of jewelry instead of just a key ring. Also worth the $7. I'm going to buy two more just to have on hand.

I'm very satisfied with my purchases! Good quality!

I just got mine and installed them. They match the interior perfectly. Worth the money. Dont mind the shine on the leather. Im trying out a new conditioner.

I'm going to order a set but having a hard time deciding whether to go with black embroidery or silver. Any suggestions?

Yeah, from the outside you can see the snake and Shelby GT through the windows in silver. I doubt you can in black.

Just got my Shelby GT/SC head rests in the mail and haven't been able to install them. I'm sure there is a trick to getting the old head rests off, but haven't been able to figure it out. NEED HELP!! Any info would be appreciated

Yeah there is a trick. While sitting in the back seat each head rest has a little button on the left support rod that needs to be held in. Also the base of the right support rod has a little hole in it. You need to get a sharp pick in there and hold the "hidden" button in while you pull up on the head rest.
