Heres some TL pins from TruFiber. I think they source these from one of the early Mustang re-pop guys. I think any of thse require you modify your hood to create the recess for the twist-lock pin. That means glass work (or alum for stock hoods) body and paint. A lot of work to make these work. I think TF offers glass and CF hoods with the pockets in place. Others may also.

They were made to sit flat on the hood. They could be recessed into the hood but it's not neccessary.

Here is what I know.....the low profiles are $299.00. the GT and Twist Lock are $399.00. all with free shipping. All are billet aluminum made in the USA. the low profile are clear anodized and the GT and Twist Lock are polished but all can be painted and clear coated to match car color for $50.00 and you furnish the color code.
