The only sour feeling for me is seeing our country become the USSA.

While it is not Un-American to support change, it is Un-American to support the dismantling of our constitution. I would have to say, SD is 100% on the mark

Well you are wrong, plain and simple.

Government does not have any constitutional authority to do this. That is a fact!

Now if you can prove otherwise then show us exactly where in the constitution this gives government any authority to take over a private industry, pass a bill that causes genocide, illegal taxation, rob people from their free right to pursue happiness and liberty?

I still don't understand how they can pass this bill of 1900+ pages when they haven't a clue as to what is in it! They must be getting some hugh paybacks somewhere from someone.

The 220 Congressmen who passed it know what's in it. They want Socialism, power and total Gov't control. These are the people good Americans need to vote OUT in 2010.

This Administration knows that this is the last chance they'll have to get their so-called "health reform" passed. They'll do anything necessary to get it done.

The Obama so-called stimulus package gave he and his Czars billions of dollars to do with whatever they want to push their agenda. So-called health reform will give them direct control over our lives by controlling our health care. With both of these controls in their hands we may as well resolve ourselves to becoming the USSA.

False!
Government was there from day one! It is part of the process and it is constitutional...amendments are constitutional because they were made through the constitutional process that brought the law makers (who make amendments and write laws) in place...now you do not like it that is your problem ...i am not a fan of a government, but they were always there ....and they will be!

What does any of this have to do with healthcare???

You keep yapping about amendments. There is NO admendment that grants congress any power to take over healthcare. NONE! There is however the 10th amendment that spefically prohibits the federal government from doing anything outside the specific enumerated powers thew people gave them through the constitution.

So do you want to provide the part of the constitution you are talking about? You keep claiming amendments. What about them? What is your point? What amendments give them this power?

BTW....the government was not here from day one. WE THE PEOPLE formed our government. And law makers don't make amendments, WE THE PEOPLE decide whether amendments are to be approved by 3/4ths of a vote through each State. It takes 3/4ths of the PEOPLE to vote on it from each State in order for that State to approve it and then it requires 3/4ths of all the States to approve it. Without that no amendment can be ratified and any amendments they cram through otherwise are not legally ratified amendments. But regardless of the amendments that were never legally ratified, not a single amendment grants any power to congress to take over healthcare. So WTF are you even talking about?

But again, what does any of the amendments have to do with healthcare? Nothing! So what is your point?
