Yes it includes the room, in each package description it mentions which nights you will be staying at the hotel.

talked to the boss of the house today................brought up Tulsa.....and what she said about floored me! "Well, we will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary this year so instead of doing something in April, let's go to Tulsa in June"...SAY WHAT? I had their website up and registered so fast, she didn't even have time to retract.....
