We promised some awesome leather Shelby jackets for winter 2009 and wanted to throw some photos to you.

These jackets are made in the U.S.A. - something you're going to see more and more of from Shelby. A lot of heavy embroidery and a very high thread count went into these and the result in a marvelous looking product.

Pricing will be comparable to import jackets of a lessor quality.

These will be available in:
Shelby GT
GT500
GT500 (40th Anniv.)
GT500 KR (2008)
GT500 KR (2009)
Terlingua

Click here for the jacket specs.

These should be available in a few days.

Note: pocket liners look white in this photo, but they are a silver/gray

OK Robert,

When can we order? It might be cold in Las Vegas in January. How about CSM numbers for an extra charge? CSM07XL0151 centered neatly under the 40th Logo on the front would look nice. You can use that as a prototype.

We'll try to get these up within a few days. I just sent the final artwork in to have digitized (GT500 40th and 2008 GT500KR) today. Yes, we can embroider the CSM under there or on the right chest.

Any chance of a Shelby GT/SC Jacket?

Will the Terlingua jacket differ from what has already been available?

This is killer. I really love the SGT jacket. And they are made in the good ole USA. You guys really do listen to what we type on this forum.

Maybe it's just me but I cannot get behind the Cobra image that is used for the SGT jacket. I'm sorry, but the darn thing has an overbite. I get confused which is the Tiffany version and which is the original version. Any chance to be able to use the Cobra image that is used for the GT500 jacket but have it, sans the "GT500" wording, on the SGT jacket? Thanks, Robert, for moving this along.

Hey Robert,

The SGT Cobra is awesome and it helps differentiate the SGT from the GT500. I wouldn't change a thing it is perfect the way it is, at least that is my opinion.

We want to really try to finding solutions on how we can get with suppliers on making parts here, in the U.S. We think you'll start to like the results.

Probably not a GT/SC. Terlingua will be off the wall different.

The Tiffany snake is used only on the GT500 cars. The S-Snake (1969 Retro) is for the Shelby GT. You'll begin to see more and more of the S-Snake as Shelby moves forward.
