Rumor: Shelby GT500 Mustang to receive an EcoBoost V8 engine

Ford Motor Co. claims that its engine ā the EcoBoost V8 Shelby GT500 Mustang ā has more power, less fuel consumption, and lower emissions. Despite detractors saying that itās too good to be true, Ford is prepared to prove it by offering this technology in up to 90% of its line-up by mid-decade.
