Seems I am meeting someone on here from my area every couple of weeks that I didn't know and/or haven't seen before, but they have never posted in my region's forums.

Just a reminder to check those forums every so often to see what is going on in YOUR city, area or state. It is such a blast to meet and hang out at the "big" events, but there is no reason we can't do it more often with a small, more local group.

Hope this isn't too stupid a question, but I'm still pretty new to TS, and in searching around the site I haven't found any regional forums, can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
John

Hey Texas Shelby,

Great idea - how about a cruise down here in the beautiful Big Bend country!

I am down in Terlingua as you likely know.

The closest Shelby I know of is in Fort Stockton and I do not know the owner only see the car in the carport when I pass by driving. Be nice to see other Shelby folks and cruise together.

John,

In the "EVENTS" section there are three subsections, 2009-2010 events, 2007-2009 archives and Team Shelby Regional Groups.

The regions are divided oddly, so you have to look for your state and the regions subforums.

Hope that helps.

Sean

P.S. I sent you a PM on this also.

Absolutely, love it down there. I'll holler after Christmas, we are planning a little trip down that way, perhaps we can meet at the Gage Hotel up in Marathon for a Buffalo ribeye and a beer or two.

Hey Sam,

That would be great just name the time. The gage has great food and we have great roads for driving. :shift:

Happy T-day to you and yours,

I still think it would be better to have the regions be thier own thread exposed on top

I submitted an idea months ago that when you first log on, the regional page comes up automatically, you can then navigate to where ever you want to go from there.

Guess it wasn't that good of an idea...

seems like no one uses the regional threads much any more. I use to check my region all the time and there would almost always be some one posting something.

Ever since they re-organized that section, not much going on there anymore.
