I have seen this for years, but not being much of a cook, never tried making it. I picked up a box at the local market and we had it for dinner tonight -- good stuff!! Of course, I was accused of buying more stuff from the Shelby Store and that there was no way this was something I bought at the market down the street! :banghead:

I mix it in with my daughters Mac & Cheese and she loves it. I've never seen the "White chicken chile" I need that because I have a White SGT and everyone knows the white ones are better : )
