Team Shelby Club 2019 Team Shelby Membership Kit Please note that membership contents are subject to change.   Team Shelby was designed and engineered by real enthusiasts inside and out of Shelby.   Team Shelby was originally formed in 2008 by Carroll Shelby. He wanted to create a club for people to truly enjoy their cars. He knew the world had changed, and he wanted his companies to meet the needs of the new generation of Shelby owners. His vision was to knit together those people with the owners of early Shelby's and give everyone fun new ways to experience their high performance vehicles.   Mr. Shelby imagined a place where owners could talk about their latest conquests at the track, swap stories, share photos and learn new ways to hot rod their cars! He wanted to link all of the enthusiasts into one "dream garage"... thus, Team Shelby was born!   Team Shelby has many free, open access forums, news sections and member only areas dedicated to the community.   In addition, Team Shelby has a full series of events for 2019, which include VIP Experiences, track days, National & Regional gatherings, cruises, car shows and more! Ownership of a Shelby is not required to be a member. The club is dedicated to serving all Shelby enthusiasts past and present including those that own cars built in the 1960's and Shelby Dodges too! Carroll Shelby (Team Shelby Member #001) said: "We built Team Shelby for anyone who is passionate about Shelby cars! We’ll have a blast and we'll do it the Shelby way!   Yearly Membership Rates   U.S. $49.99 | Canada & Mexico $59.99 | E.U., others $65.99   Join the Team Shelby Club   click here to choose a Team Shelby Club subscription package.   Membership Kit Arrival   Your Team Shelby Club membership kit and I.D.card will generally arrive within 6-8 weeks.   Need Help?   Email Brianna:  e-mail her here.

  1. Do you own a GT/SC car? Post here.

CSM0399SGT/SC, Polished Paxton, work done at SAI. Thanks for doing the work.
  2. Barrett-Jackson attendees

OOPS! Sorry guys, it was a 1970 Mach 1. Dog gone fingers.
  3. Barrett-Jackson attendees

We will be there Saturday night, we do this every year. There should be some really SICK prices this year, you should see the local newspaper that now has columns and columns of cars for sale. Just spotted a 1972 Mach 1 4spd cleveland car, would you believe 15K? Great year to buy another horse.
  4. Whould You Trade-In Your SGT for a Coyote GT350?

Nope, will keep our baby. Something tells me that to be profitable they will be building and selling more than the SGT build#'s that translates into better rarity? GOD I HOPE I AM RIGHT.
  5. Post here if you own a GT/SC

07SGT0399 Black, 5 Speed, Polished Paxton, installed by Shelby Las Vegas March 2008.
  6. Tucson Cruise Anyone

This is an open invitation for anyone that can make it February 21st to Tucson for cruise through the lower part of the state. We are talking about lot's of open two lane highway finishing up with some outstanding food at the steakhouse. The drive should take a couple of hours or, so, quicker for those of us that appreciate high speed cruising. Currently we have estimated there will be roughly 8 to 20 cars involved including a 1000 HP Ford GT. The following day concludes with the annual Ford's on Fourth car show in downtown Tucson. It is my understanding that Shelby had one of their rigs at the show last year, not sure about this time though. Please let us know if you would like to join us on this cruise/drive through Patagonia, Sonoita, Bensen etc.... any kind of cars are welcome, this is an old fashioned Gear Head drive so again, EVERYONE is welcome. Please reply to mustangcars959@gmail.com for further details. Talk to you soon?
  7. Supposed to be 81 F today, is it really Winter?
  8. Greg, I have checked with Bell Ford and they are doing the replacements. Mine should be replaced I just don't have the guts to take the car and leave it with them. You are in Sun City West? I am in Peoria, Let's get together and drive. Send email to Mustangcars959@gmail.com.
  9. I'm leaving the Middle East! Oh Yeah!

WELCOME HOME! :D Thank you so very much for your service to our GREAT COUNTRY. It is guys and gals just like you that make it safe for us to enjoy our cars. Drive that car safely when you get back. God Bless You.
  10. New Recall Notice 08C02

Thanks for the info Steve. Just don't like going into the dealer, guess I will have to bite the bullet and hold my breath. My local dealer has two KR's on the floor so maybe they will know how to treat my car when they get it. Wish me luck.
  11. New Recall Notice 08C02

I received this notice from Ford recently and wondering if anyone can provide further details. Thanks in advance to everyone who may reply to this topic.
  12. I think the gas cap looks great. Remember, it's a car and not your lover. +1 chip on the Road to Hell on Earth, LOVE IT! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.
  13. What Is Ron Pratt Doing With All These Cars???

Word on the street in the valley is that Ron is working on a museum that will be open to the public but on a limited basis. Maybe that has changed but that is what I am hearing. Maybe Chip knows more since his peeps live so close to Ron. I remember seeing the Futureliner going down the fwy to Chandler, what a beautiful sight. Who says the Desert can't be beatiful? +1 Ingraham and +10K Chip.
  14. Hi Mac, Sounds like you had an outstanding time in Texas, hoooorah for you and LuLu! Hey my clutch is going south much quicker than anticipated now that it is cold enough in AZ for the Paxton to work right. Saw this thread and am curious where you landed for a replacement clutch assembly. When you have a chance..... Until then have a great Christmas Season you and yours'. Thank you. -Jeff
  15. should we let GM fail

Great idea Hors I'm all in, I'll take 25%, no need to be greedy. CHAPTER 13 IS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN TO DETROIT. They all need to reorganize, get rid of the rediculous Collective Bargaining agreements and become more competitive. The Asians build cars for around 45.00/hour total labor costs and Detroit is around 70.00? WE ALL SHOULD COLLECTIVELY PETITION DC TO CAN THEIR REDICULOUS C.A.F.E STANDARDS! The earth has been warming and cooling for thousands of years and suddenly since man, 100 years, we are to blame for the whole damn thing? WOW Kool Aid drinkers in the Hen House. OMG the sky is falling! But I digress! Happy Thanksgiving Hors.
