  1. CSM0399SGT/SC, Polished Paxton, work done at SAI. Thanks for doing the work.
  2. OOPS! Sorry guys, it was a 1970 Mach 1. Dog gone fingers.
  3. We will be there Saturday night, we do this every year. There should be some really SICK prices this year, you should see the local newspaper that now has columns and columns of cars for sale. Just spotted a 1972 Mach 1 4spd cleveland car, would you believe 15K? Great year to buy another horse.
  4. Nope, will keep our baby. Something tells me that to be profitable they will be building and selling more than the SGT build#'s that translates into better rarity? GOD I HOPE I AM RIGHT.
  5. 07SGT0399 Black, 5 Speed, Polished Paxton, installed by Shelby Las Vegas March 2008.
  6. This is an open invitation for anyone that can make it February 21st to Tucson for cruise through the lower part of the state. We are talking about lot's of open two lane highway finishing up with some outstanding food at the steakhouse. The drive should take a couple of hours or, so, quicker for those of us that appreciate high speed cruising. Currently we have estimated there will be roughly 8 to 20 cars involved including a 1000 HP Ford GT. The following day concludes with the annual Ford's on Fourth car show in downtown Tucson. It is my understanding that Shelby had one of their rigs at the show last year, not sure about this time though. Please let us know if you would like to join us on this cruise/drive through Patagonia, Sonoita, Bensen etc.... any kind of cars are welcome, this is an old fashioned Gear Head drive so again, EVERYONE is welcome. Please reply to mustangcars959@gmail.com for further details. Talk to you soon?
  7. Greg, I have checked with Bell Ford and they are doing the replacements. Mine should be replaced I just don't have the guts to take the car and leave it with them. You are in Sun City West? I am in Peoria, Let's get together and drive. Send email to Mustangcars959@gmail.com.
  8. WELCOME HOME! :D Thank you so very much for your service to our GREAT COUNTRY. It is guys and gals just like you that make it safe for us to enjoy our cars. Drive that car safely when you get back. God Bless You.
  9. Thanks for the info Steve. Just don't like going into the dealer, guess I will have to bite the bullet and hold my breath. My local dealer has two KR's on the floor so maybe they will know how to treat my car when they get it. Wish me luck.
  10. I received this notice from Ford recently and wondering if anyone can provide further details. Thanks in advance to everyone who may reply to this topic.
  11. I think the gas cap looks great. Remember, it's a car and not your lover. +1 chip on the Road to Hell on Earth, LOVE IT! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.
  12. Word on the street in the valley is that Ron is working on a museum that will be open to the public but on a limited basis. Maybe that has changed but that is what I am hearing. Maybe Chip knows more since his peeps live so close to Ron. I remember seeing the Futureliner going down the fwy to Chandler, what a beautiful sight. Who says the Desert can't be beatiful? +1 Ingraham and +10K Chip.
  13. Hi Mac, Sounds like you had an outstanding time in Texas, hoooorah for you and LuLu! Hey my clutch is going south much quicker than anticipated now that it is cold enough in AZ for the Paxton to work right. Saw this thread and am curious where you landed for a replacement clutch assembly. When you have a chance..... Until then have a great Christmas Season you and yours'. Thank you. -Jeff
  14. Great idea Hors I'm all in, I'll take 25%, no need to be greedy. CHAPTER 13 IS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN TO DETROIT. They all need to reorganize, get rid of the rediculous Collective Bargaining agreements and become more competitive. The Asians build cars for around 45.00/hour total labor costs and Detroit is around 70.00? WE ALL SHOULD COLLECTIVELY PETITION DC TO CAN THEIR REDICULOUS C.A.F.E STANDARDS! The earth has been warming and cooling for thousands of years and suddenly since man, 100 years, we are to blame for the whole damn thing? WOW Kool Aid drinkers in the Hen House. OMG the sky is falling! But I digress! Happy Thanksgiving Hors.
  15. OK then, I did get a lemon. Costco's in AZ aren't carrying the jack anymore Reino you luck dog. Hope it last's a long time for you. Sounds like you use it a bunch. Thanks for the info.
  16. Does anyone know if the dash mat will fit the SGT with Gauge Pod? I am also in Phoenix with lot's of heat so if anyone has the info please pass it on. Cheers.
  17. Used to have a Costco jack but it failed after about 14 uses. It seemed like it was really well put together, I think I ended up with one of the bad ones. It was one of those aluminum Jacks all silver in color. Bought it a couple of years ago to work on my 66 GT-H car. I really like it because it had a lift height of 22". I have not been able to locate a replacement so now I borrow my neighbor's jack. I also built up some 2 x 8's and created a two step ramp so that I can get the jack underneath the car. My freaking eyes, at least up close, don't work so well anymore so I really have to get the car up high off the ground so when under the car I can see what the hell I am doing. LOL. The aging process just sucks! Still looking for a good hydraulic jack with ample lift height at least 20" so if anyone has a good lead please pass it on. Cheers.
  18. Yes we are going/coming to LA from Phoenix. Like many of our fellow SGT owners we missed the whole deal last year so we are making up for lost time also. The only problem is my wife and daughter have to do Rock Paper Scissors to decide which one of them get's to go! My daughter is an absolute Car Girl, she will be 18 in February. What she doesn't know is that she may not be able to attend the Adult functions if there are any. Any body coming/going through Phoenix on the way to Gardena? Maybe we could caravan together. If any of you have ever been to Shelby's engine plant you will be in for a huge treat. In the lobby of the building there is one huge BAD ASS 427 with twin screws on it that will leave you absolutely breathless. We look forward to meeting old friends and meeting new friends in Gardena and Vegas. SEE YOU GUYS AND GALS THERE! Cheers
  19. Well this is an easy one. Why don't you be more responsible with your body then? People that don't take responsibility for there own actions should be made to "Sleep in the bed they make." JUST BE RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WON'T GET PREGNANT! Like how about excercising some reasonable level of self control? Nothing worse than being with a woman that has been with everyone else first. Now for the "Constitution" part of the equation. You really should study the facts. There is no provision in the Constitution that allows a woman absolute control over her body. All you have to do is read the damn thing and you will find it just isn't there. Hello? The "Judges Wrote the Law" into the Constitution. Let me ask, who is it that is responsible for writing laws? NOT THE FREAKING JUDGES! Just remember the pendulum swings in two directions, not just the one you want. OH and stop acting like God, who the hell are you to decide who lives or dies! Why is it that Women complain when women are abused or, God forbid killed at the hands of another, but those same Women will kill there little baby girls all day long just so they can go out on Saturday night and hook up again. All I can say is "Remember the Fall of Rome." Yes that is right! I am one of those GOD fearing Shelby Fans and my God can't fit in any box you create. Wow that was pretty serious stuff but you really provoked me. Sorry for being factual and direct. Can we get back to the cars now?
  20. OK so the guy won, he worked hard at it, best damn story teller I have ever heard. Now that he is going to be the POTUS we must support him when he makes good decisions and fight him when he doesn't. Remember Clinton? We have to do the same thing and regroup. Too bad there are so many "Republicans" in congress with no testicles. Let's find those who still have there's and send them money and start feeding the machine so we can take this country back as soon as possible. Another solid reminder of why we need to begin to act: It only took 8 years of that gutless wonder Clinton to get attacked on our own soil. When you are weak you get attacked. So come on all you "Right" thinking Shelby people let's take the fight to them. "Obama, most prolific baby killa in history" Good night!
  21. If anyone out there has one of these cars and it is available please send me a PM or an email Thank you.
  22. If anyone knows of this car either in 06 or 07 please LET ME KNOW. My 07 is lonely in the garage, the 66 GtH just doesn't cut it with my 07. This one is really spoiled. Any help out there? Thanks guys and gals
  23. +1 for me also Amy, Roger as usual, is right! Both ID tags with the CSM's etc.... And yes, let's pay for this documentation. Those of us who have or had the SC installed by Shelby need just a little protection from the wana-beeeee's. Thank you Amy for all your support. PS Saw you in Tulsa, you looked great!
  24. Adam it was good to meet you their in Tulsa, your car looks great. Your pic of Mr. Shelby signing your dash cover is outstanding. Nice work. Hope to see you again in Tulsa, if you ever make your way to Phoenix just send me a PM and we will get together. PS we have not made it home yet but will arrive back in Phoenix later today. That drive to and from Tulsa is a tough one. -Jeff
