  1. 2008 for the anniversary factor.... but don't concern yourself with the collectibility. My belief is fewer people are buying cars and even fewer are buying them as investments. BTW, if any TS member has a VB KR they may want to part with, I am all ears.
  2. With 8 out there, the odds aren't looking too good at getting my hands on one.
  3. The 2012 50th Anniversary. I was so close to pulling the trigger on one back then and now regret not doing so. https://www.google.com/search?q=2012+shelby+gt350+50th+anniversary+edition&prmd=sivn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiC0MadzeLcAhWFK3wKHQrWAtQQ_AUIEigC&biw=1024&bih=672#imgrc=6QFSliOI5C19MM:
  4. So, what are the odds of finding one in black, and then finding an owner that wants to sell?
  5. Could be sitting on that one for quite awhile. Thanks for sharing.
  6. https://www.barrett-jackson.com/Events/Event/Details/2007-FORD-SHELBY-GT500-CONVERTIBLE-205914 Maybe the 40th is finally getting some recognition it deserves and we can all come out of the attic now?
  7. Let us all know when you find one. I too am holding out for a Vista Blue KR to add to the stable, and would like to know how the market will price them. Good luck!
  8. Minnesota Cars and Coffee is just blocks away from his studio, and driving by will never have the same presence. RIP to a great musician and man who remained put together until the end. The Twin Cities will miss him☔️
  9. Congratulations Bruce, and welcome to the TS family! Also, I know you won't believe me now, but start planning for your second, as one will never be enough?
  10. I can relate to all of the above! Welcome to the family!
  11. Absolutely love mine, and could never sell it for the new 2016 GT350. I am sure it will be a beast, but the 2011 gets the overwhelming attention and respect that I never fully imagined or anticipated when I orderd it. Plus, the Carroll Shelby signature on the dash really adds to the wow factor!
  12. The grass is always greener, as they say. My thought is you would not like them, as they get in the way of jacking the car at the rear pinch welds. The only place I have been able to jack up the rear is under the axle. Not recommended, but no other choice. Hard to imagine how SAI did not consider this during the design phase......
