  1. The unofficial date it started was Oct 31st about 400-500 member in that time. The official date for media was Jan 11th so it depends on how you look at it. Me and my team where working on Team Shelby and had members as of Oct 31st. But they wanted the date for Carroll Birthday. I would say it started in Oct.
  2. yes it is the date it was started I have a copy of the press release somewhere for that date
  3. October 31st 2007 was the first day that you could join and pay for Team Shelby through StangsUnleashed.com. January 11th 2008 was the official date that Team Shelby started for the press releases and media. StangsUnleashed.com and S197OA.com and the SAI site where all merged into Team Shelby between November 2007 and January 2008 so that when Team Shelby official release it would be on site TeamShelby.com. When the next year came along we tried extended the membership expire date of all that paid in Oct-Jan 10th so that all would fall on January 11th. Tracy Smith was the one who came up with the name Team Shelby during a meeting on what to name the group. Then there was a meeting here in Dearborn to confirm and vote on the name. Hope this helps.

  9. Did not take it bad at all , It is an event that we are running with MRT and the Bullitt Club this year and want Team Shelby to be apart of it to make the 50th event that much better. Are you coming to the Mustang Memories Show this year?
  10. I don't know the times for the Dearborn Proving Grounds yet, however I would think that yes they would do it during the day. You can sign up for the MRT since it is no cost and if you get into the Dearborn proving grounds you can cancel. Have you done the Dearborn proving grounds before? I heard it is really hard to get into as it is a first come first serve and lots of people want in. If you sign up for their email I believe they notify everyone when they are going to open the tickets so you can sign up right away Look forward to seeing you
