Team Shelby Club 2018 Team Shelby Membership Kit Please note that membership contents are subject to change.   Team Shelby was designed and engineered by real enthusiasts inside and out of Shelby.   Team Shelby was originally formed in 2008 by Carroll Shelby. He wanted to create a club for people to truly enjoy their cars. He knew the world had changed, and he wanted his companies to meet the needs of the new generation of Shelby owners. His vision was to knit together those people with the owners of early Shelby's and give everyone fun new ways to experience their high performance vehicles.   Mr. Shelby imagined a place where owners could talk about their latest conquests at the track, swap stories, share photos and learn new ways to hot rod their cars! He wanted to link all of the enthusiasts into one "dream garage"... thus, Team Shelby was born!   Team Shelby has many free, open access forums, news sections and member only areas dedicated to the community.   In addition, Team Shelby has a full series of events for 2018, which include VIP Experiences, track days, National & Regional gatherings, cruises, car shows and more! Ownership of a Shelby is not required to be a member. The club is dedicated to serving all Shelby enthusiasts past and present including those that own cars built in the 1960's and Shelby Dodges too! 1. If your brakes aren’t sold I will take them.  Let me know.

i looked it up I’m about 95 miles from you.  I live in Southwick MA.  I can PayPal money to secure the sale until we can meet up or I can pay cash when we meet up, either way works for me.

    Thank You!!

  2. Gt350R for GT350 price

Sounds like the person that traded it got jacked, the dealer made money for sure. Nice find!!!
  3. 2019 Super Snake

My only guess would be Dealerships that bought them, for the most part, haven’t sold the ones they have, they have been sitting at dealers for a long time. Also the SS has always been based off the GT500, they may be waiting for the release of the New GT500. After that release I bet the ones on dealer lots will have to be reduced $20-30K in order to sell them. Just guesses on my part, maybe someone with more knowledge will chime in.
  4. I always renew in November and get the following years Package, I might have missed it, but has anyone posted about this yet? I dont mind waiting, just curious if this has been brought up yet?
  5. I counted 30 of the 2016 GT-H's for sale.

They should start moving at this point, I am sure you could haggle under $40K now.
  6. I counted 30 of the 2016 GT-H's for sale.

The current younger generation has zero interest in cars compared to those 40 and up, I do not see that changing. The ones that do have interest are more into the GTR/WRX type cars. Many of us grew up loving the old Muscle Cars, we now love the fact they reinvented the old designs. My 2 cents is demand will be no where near what it is now for 50 year old cars when our cars are the same age. If you are buying hoping so I think you are making a HUGE mistake. Drive them is what I say.
  7. I counted 30 of the 2016 GT-H's for sale.

Wow I thought at this price they would be gone rather quickly, they may end up going lower then $40K before they all finally sell.
  8. Shelby GT Salvage Value

Need more information, how many miles? What was the extent of the damage? Condition of interior? Personally I wouldn’t buy a salvage title car, but I’m thinking low to mid teens if all checks out OK.
  9. Original article 2007 GT/SC

Cool article, I have never seen this one, thank you for posting Swedeman!!!
  10. GTH on eBay - low price

30K beat on miles in rental service, my guess is high teens is where this should sell due to the mileage, maybe a little higher due to being a Vert. There are several on Ebay for $30K plus and NONE have bids, the car does not have much demand. Beautiful car, but dated transmission and tech/interior as well as beat on rental mileage in my opinion is a detractor.
  11. I had Tasca install mine, they installed all my mods because I wanted to stick with a Shelby Certified Shop so I can’t answer your question, but I can tell you the full kicker system absolutely kills the Mach 1000, the sound is MUCH better. Good luck!!!
  12. 2015-2018 GT350 Owners

I’m guessing the year to get will be the 2019, with the other mustangs all being improved I bet the GT350 will be too. The Bullitt might force them to add power too.
  13. 2008 Shelby GT value

  14. 2014 GT350

The car in the garage looks black, are those the same cars? Personally if I bought that car the last thing I would do is Mod it, I would drive it for a while and more then likely keep it stock for a long time. Is it the 525HP or the 624HP? Nice Car!!! I like it just the way it is!!!
  15. My guess is Yes Shelby did not want to mess with the Airbag. The GT350 and the GT500 are not modified at SAI, they are built on the Ford Assembly line that is why they have them from the factory, the GT/H is a modified Mustang GT that comes off the line with your current set up.
  16. Good luck with that, no one wants the liability that goes along with the Airbag. My 2 Cents is your best bet is creating something yourself.
  17. Signed airbag cover value?

I have one that is stored, at some point I have to find the COA, think mine is that fake Carbon look.
  18. If it is garaged I would not get lo-jack. But only you know the crime level in your area, we do not have car thefts where I live and no one knows what an SS is so even if we did I do not see a Mustang being a high theft car at all. Lookup the highest stolen cars, they are all for parts, they are all regular cars, people do not steal Sports cars. Again your decision, but I wouldn't do it, waste of cash.
  19. 07 Shelby GT Brakes

I changed rotors, pads, stainless lines, and fluid. It made a difference for sure. Im sure there are options with stock wheels for an even better upgrade, someone will chime in.
  20. That $57K doesn’t include the donor car, you have to add about $35-40K to that, with options $100K or so is the price for the SS. That’s why they are sitting on dealership lots collecting dust, when the GT500 comes out they will need steep discounts to sell.
  21. Shelby CS6 Market

  22. Believe it or not Black wheels are much more difficult to maintain, I had them on my 911 for a while. They show every little scratch and brake dust turns them almost like a dark brown shade. Similar to a black car IMO.
  23. They would be crazy to go over $80K starting price, I do not see that happening. Hellcat is around $65K and after the first year discounts I have seen have been up to $10K off for leftovers. I hope they offer different color wheels, this Black Only crap is for the birds.....
  24. I counted 30 of the 2016 GT-H's for sale.

I agree with when it comes to the Executive ones, those are a whole different car IMO, I do not think you can compare the 2 of them. First they are a manual and just as important they are Supercharged, those I think will hold value really well, probably go up in value if not driven (But that is not fun). The regular Rentals have been for sale for almost 2 years, selling fast to me means 171 cars should sell in a month. Cars with demand and limited to 171 sell out in hours or at least each one sells within hours of being offered for sale. I love the look and they are great cars, but Hertz blew this one big time.
  25. I counted 30 of the 2016 GT-H's for sale.

I said $40’s but that was a year or so ago, I tend to agree with you, a New GT with the Power Package and superior transmission is a MUCH better performance value. I get the New transmission is having some growing pains, but it won’t take long for them to get through that. Funny when they first hit the market I bet they could’ve got $50-60K for ALL of them if they weren’t so greedy.
