  2. Attended the 2015 Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca this past weekend. Impressive collection of all kinds of vintage race cars, particularly a lot of original Shelby GT350s. Team Shelby was well represented at the event along with an impressive display of cars and merchandise from Shelby America. Bob Bondurant, Peter Brock, Allen Grant and John Morton were available to talk about the history of Shelby American and also graciously made themselves available for an autograph session. Thanks to Team Shelby, Team Shelby Pacific Coast Region and Shelby American for their hospitality. Here's a couple of posts from the event (you don't need a Facebook account to view the pictures): Team Shelby/Shelby America: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.608174165951808.1073741853.500872390015320&type=3 Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Races: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.608186225950602.1073741854.500872390015320&type=3

  5. Here are photos from the Peter Brock Day at the Peterson Automotive Museum, Saturday, February 1, 2014. In addition to Peter being there, John Morton (Shelby and BRE Driver) was present along with an unveiling of Nissan prototype cars that paid homage to the Datsun cars and racing sedans: https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/117477181184130463018/albums/5976388087179504337?cfem=1&authkey=CKKWnpy24N2TgwE The video of the interview will eventually be on the Peterson's "Inside the Motoman" channel. Or that Peter once raced in the Mexican 1000 in a Datsun Z Car?
