Yes blue seems to be very popular on this site. Now we have a blue Shelby GT350 R on board. Congrats Tim and glad you finally got her

We all look forward to seeing and reading all about her . Post some more pictures when you can.

Watch out for Mongoose he doesn’t like competition from other blue cars. Chris found out the hard way and had to buy a silver K-Man , silver C7 and a red Boss 302.

Keith might be considering a blue beast but won’t tell us because of Mongoose. Post carefully on here. Word is Keith is now going Red

Later slo lane .:shift:  a non blue  car owner.

Hey Chris, interesting stuff there now trying, but I don’t think most of the middle of the road  manufacturers in diecast will follow that.  A piece by piece assembly of a diecast vehicle will cost them to much to produce and then they won’t be able to compete in their targeted market!          J.M.O.      P.S.  Let’s face it, we all like a good buy!!          The “Art of the Deal”!!!!     :hysterical2:             Okay, Slo Lane, I know your lurking around here some-where!  :drop:

Because the red car conflicts with the red "tiny" stripe next to the white or black over the top stripes.  The red pin stripes designates the 350 as a R model.

Another C8 rear end rendering .....:headscratch:.

A little history might help here. The C8 was given the go ahead by GM upper management before the bankruptcy. After the bankruptcy the C8 design was put on the shelve and we got the FE C7 in its place . Those sharp angular features on the rear of the C7 were design cues from the C8. So it looks like the rendering of the C8 with those sharp angular lines are correct.

Many companies like Ferrari, Porsche,Jaguar and McLaren have gone with the softer look. More curves and rounder rear ends . But remember the team that designed the Aztec are still at GM. They haven’t left and I’m afraid might have had a hand in the Camaro design. I recently read an article saying the Camaro is dead after 2023. True or false not sure . But sales of the 2019 Camaro have tanked. Not sure the 2020 simple redesign will help much.

The Corvette design team are the same people who did the C7 . So this rendering might be the real deal with those square and sharp angular lines. Take it or leave it.
