He wanted to create a club for people to truly enjoy their cars. He knew the world had changed, and he wanted his companies to meet the needs of the new generation of Shelby owners. His vision was to knit together those people with the owners of early Shelby's and give everyone fun new ways to experience their high performance vehicles.   Mr. Shelby imagined a place where owners could talk about their latest conquests at the track, swap stories, share photos and learn new ways to hot rod their cars! He wanted to link all of the enthusiasts into one "dream garage"... thus, Team Shelby was born!   Team Shelby has many free, open access forums, news sections and member only areas dedicated to the community.   In addition, Team Shelby has a full series of events for 2018, which include VIP Experiences, track days, National & Regional gatherings, cruises, car shows and more! Ownership of a Shelby is not required to be a member. The club is dedicated to serving all Shelby enthusiasts past and present including those that own cars built in the 1960's and Shelby Dodges too! I haven't spoke to him and nothing mentioned on his Facebook page.

The last thing I read;

He's been doing Chemo, had a break from it and no energy.  He visited the Lion (old work place), got a lot of hello's and welcome back's.  Was feeling better and could eat more.

That's the Reader's Digest Condensed Version... :whistling:

He re-upped his membership at the Mustang Ranch in Nevada.  :whistling:

There's a ranch of Mustangs in Nevada?  How come I've never heard of this place before.  Would be cool to see all the Mustangs running around.

Well, yeah I was kinda having a bad night, my giant dachshund dug under the fence the other day and escaped and got hit by a car. He had to have an eye removed and he is paralyzed in the hind quarters but is back home now,  but I have to carry him around until he heals up and then I can get him fitted with one of those rear wheel set ups that allow him to be mobile on his own.

Man, that sucks.  All the best to the two of you.

Happy Monday y'all.  Got 1.6" of snow Friday morning, but most of it is gone now, except where the sun doesn't shine on it.  And with highs around 30 this week, I guess I won't be taking the Mustang to the meeting tomorrow night.  Would've considered it more, but the salt trucks were out Friday doing their evilness.  Guess I'll have to wait a few months before showing off the generator.

don't think that was the reason. Someone posted a meme that to some could be interpreted as quite offensive to a certain community of people.

I think you should go back and read the posts on the page before the last one before you feel bad for him or his none dog.

That’s not what did it ...but do you seem happy....and sooner then later this whole forum will vanish for lack of members. Been here 8 Years and have seen a tremendous amount of people leave. Too bad it’s been fun while it lasted.

I didn't make it that far before it got removed.  I literally happened while I was reading it, and I still had 2 more pages to catch up on.  Figured it was the chick cuz that was the only potentially offensive thing I saw before it went away.
