He wanted to create a club for people to truly enjoy their cars. He knew the world had changed, and he wanted his companies to meet the needs of the new generation of Shelby owners. His vision was to knit together those people with the owners of early Shelby's and give everyone fun new ways to experience their high performance vehicles.   Mr. Shelby imagined a place where owners could talk about their latest conquests at the track, swap stories, share photos and learn new ways to hot rod their cars! He wanted to link all of the enthusiasts into one "dream garage"... thus, Team Shelby was born!   Team Shelby has many free, open access forums, news sections and member only areas dedicated to the community.   In addition, Team Shelby has a full series of events for 2019, which include VIP Experiences, track days, National & Regional gatherings, cruises, car shows and more! Ownership of a Shelby is not required to be a member. The club is dedicated to serving all Shelby enthusiasts past and present including those that own cars built in the 1960's and Shelby Dodges too! Well I guess you could say that, but only waaay up in the mountains. Kelowna itself was 20ish Celsius so no effect on life in that city.

I am about 5 hours north in Prince George and we are having a wet few weeks, but looking real good for next week. Too bad I'm headed for Vegas on Monday...39 Celsius there.

Gotcha bud....39 in Vegas is no problem I find but it's 32 here and really humid so not so good but when Pitch gets home from work

we're heading in the boat so all is good...enjoy your trip to Vegas bud.

I hope everyone had a Happy 4th.  I was shocked that I didn't hear a single Fire Truck go by last Night.

Where’s your avatar pic taken, Hawk?

Crossing the bricks at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the MCA's 50th Anniversary Celebration.  That was during the Guiness World Record Attempt for most Mustangs in a Parade.  I also have a picture from the laps we got to do on Sun, but not a digital image of that one (and the shadow was right there, so it's not as good of a picture).  Larry was telling me about an old gas station he knows of, so we're gonna get some pics there next month.

The Lobby.  I might have chosen The Pub, but The Lobby works.  Out for a drive this AM with a friend..... quite the spectacle.

I'm sure there were people complaining that they were being driven, rather than stored in a museum.  Those people are just lame.

Spent a couple hours at the local BBQ joint last night for the Wed Cruise In.  Being the 4th made it so I could actually get to one with the Mustang.  There's always a good group of cars there.  Unfortunately only one other club member made it.  Well, Larry did stop in for a bit, but he had family commitments.  I'm learning how to reattach the gas pedal, cuz it came off Sat as I was heading to that show.  Haven't had time to pull out the shop manual to see what holds the screw like thingy in place, but it's there for now, and it's on the plan for Sun to figure out.

Several times I have seen people use the term "Paypal friends and family only" when selling something.  Why?
